PELATIHAN PEMBUATAN MODUL AJAR KURIKULUM MERDEKA BELAJAR BAGI GURU PAUD BINA TUNAS BANGSA LIDAH WETAN LAKARSANTRI

The concept of merdeka belajar is learning that is self-regulated by students. Learners determine the goals, methods, and assessment of their learning, from the teacher's point of view. Independent learning means learning that involves students in setting goals, giving choices of ways, and reflecting on the learning process. Educators have the freedom to create, choose, and modify teaching modules according to the context, characteristics, and needs of students. Teaching tools can be directly used by educators to teach or as a reference or inspiration in designing learning. The problem with the partners is that the Bina Tunas Bangsa Bangsa Lidah Wetan PAUD teachers, Lakarsantri do not understand the independent learning curriculum concept, and teachers are not able to create, modify, and develop teaching modules. The team provides training on making teaching modules, modifying and developing them. This PKM activity aims to equip Bina Tunas Bangsa PAUD teachers to be able to create teaching modules, modify them, and develop them in accordance with the objectives of strengthening PPP. The most appropriate form of activity to equip these teachers is training and mentoring. Training activities are carried out systematically, from theoretical to practical activities, namely by using the lecture method, question and answer, FGD, brainstorming, WAG. The training participants were the teachers of PAUD Bina Tunas Bangsa Lidah Wetan, Lakarsantri. As a result of this PKM activity, teachers can create, modify, and develop independent learning curriculum teaching modules.
