UPAYA PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT MELALUI HOME INDUSTRY PEMBUATAN TAHU DI MUARA CIUJUNG KECAMATAN RANGKASBITUNG

Abstrak

By encouraging, motivating, and raising people's awareness of their potential and attempting to increase and develop that potential so that it can become a reality, empowerment aims to build community capacity. This study is an empowerment effort to solve the problems in the Ciujung Muara village, starting with the low level of community skills and the large number of unemployed residents. Through the Tofu Making Home Industry, (3) Empowerment Indicators, this research examines the issue to examine the implementation process. In this study, the author employed a qualitative qualitative descriptive method with observations, interviews, and documentation as sources of data. The information hotspot for this exploration comprised of 1 guide and home industry proprietor, 4 home industry proprietors, and 5 home industry representatives. (1) Community empowerment efforts through the tofu making home industry have been going well, according to the findings of this study. 2) People are empowered and independent as a result of community empowerment efforts through the tofu making home industry, enabling them to establish their own home industry. 3) People are able to move about freely, participate in the empowerment process, and only have a limited amount of money to start their own home business.
