PILAR Is a journal in the field of Civil Engineering that publishes writings and research articles that have been carried out so that they can inspire and benefit the wider community.

This PILAR journal aims to assist and monitor the management of the results of research and literature studies conducted by the academic community and to disseminate experiences and insights gained from these activities, as well as to build and develop equal cooperation in publishing activities and scientific publications at local and national levels.

Focused on original articles in the form of technical and vocational research results which provides insight in the field of Civil Engineering that includes Building and Structural Engineering, Water Resources Engineering and Management, Transportation, Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Engineering and Management, Environmental engineering and Architectural Engineering or as well as other related Civil Engineering field study.
