AUSTENIT (pISSN 2085-1286 and eISSN 2622-7649) is a peer-reviewed open access journal published by Mechanical Engineering Department, Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya. Focused on original articles in the form of technical and vocational research results or literature review which provides insight in the field of mechanical engineering and machinery that includes Mechanical Structure, Manufacturing, Metallurgy Sciences and Engineering, Design Engineering, Maintenance and Repair Engineering, Fluid Dynamics, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning), Heat-Mass Transfer, Sustainable-Renewable Energy, Mechatronic and Control Systems or as well as other related Mechanical Engineering field study.

All articles submitted to this journal can be written in Bahasa and English Language.

AUSTENIT has been nationally Accredited by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia (starting from Volume 15 No. 2 of 2023 until Volume 20 No, 1 of 2028 and indexed in SINTA 5.

If the manuscript submitted is not appropriate with the guidelines or written in a different format, it will BE REJECTED by the editors before further reviewed. The editors will only accept the manuscripts which meet the assigned format.

In the following year of publication, Authors who want to submit their manuscript to the editorial office of AUSTENIT is going to publish journals twice in two terms: April and October. Please submit online your manuscript and your ethics statement is well prepared using the AUSTENIT template.
