Abstrak

The Covid-19 pandemic has a negative impact not only on the health sector, but also has a major impact on the Indonesian economy. One of these negative impacts is felt by the micro, small and medium business sector, namely in the form of a decrease in sales turnover. The purpose of this service is to provide strategic solutions for the development of the catering business during the pandemic. The method of service is by making direct observations of the object of service and providing assistance in the production and marketing process of catering products in Sumbersari Village, Sumbersari District, Jember Regency, East Java Province. The results of the service show that the existence of the Back to Village Community Service at Jember University can provide positive value for catering business actors, namely in the form of product packaging innovations, catering product logos/brands and product marketing systems through social media that support business development and increase business income.
