Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission must consist of an original manuscript, ethic statement, and supporting documents. Ethic statement is addressed to JIEETech Editor mentioning that the manuscript has not been previously published and is not currently being considered for publication elsewhere.
  • Make sure that your ethics statement is prepared and submitted using the statement template.
  • The minimum standard requirements of JIEETech manuscript must be : written in English. Format of submission file is in doc. or docx., should be consist of maximum 15 pages. Use of a tool Mendeley for reference management and formatting, and choose IEEE style.
  • The manuscript must be prepared and suggested present follow the structure: Title Page (no more than 15 words), Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Material and Methods, Results and Discussions, Conclusions, Acknowledgment, References.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Submission checklist

You can use this list to carry out a final check of your submission before you send it to the journal for review. Please check the relevant section in this Guide for Authors for more details.

Ensure that the following items are present:

One author has been designated as the corresponding author with contact details:

  • E-mail address
  • Full postal address

All necessary files have been uploaded:

Manuscript:

  • Include keywords
  • All figures (include relevant captions)
  • All tables (including titles, description, footnotes)
  • Ensure all figure and table citations in the text match the files provided
  • Indicate clearly if color should be used for any figures in print Graphical Abstracts / Highlights files (where applicable) Supplemental files (where applicable)

Further considerations:

  • Manuscript has been 'spell checked' and 'grammar checked'
  • All references mentioned in the Reference List are cited in the text, and vice versa
  • Referee suggestions and contact details provided, based on journal requirements
  • References used have to be published within the last 10 years and are not permitted to use references from books or blogs.
