Abstract

ABSTRACT

 

Tanjung Enim II Bridge is built with the aim of creating a transportation network that is compatible with Bukit Asam-Tanjung Enim Special Airport in the Mahayung Area; Agroforestry and Silvopastura Area; and Integrated Education Area (Bukit Asam Foundation education area in Mahayung) and transfer of employee entry to the Tambang Air Laya (TAL) mine through the Klawas area. In addition, the breakdown of traffic flow on the Bukit Asam I bridge due to the diversion of employee and work partner access to the mine through the Tanjung Enim II Bridge. So that it will reduce the burden on the Bukit Asam I Bridge considering the bridge's age is more than 20 years.This 81 meters length bridge consists 3 spans of 13,6 meters, 16,6 meters and 50,8 meters with 8,7 meters width. Build  with a prestressed concrete system. Main structure formed of 6 PCI girder beams with 1,85 meters distance between segment. Used a 0,6 meters diameter concrete pile of foundation with 11 meters deep for abutments and 15 meters for pillars.The planning of this bridge is systematic from planning of structure dimension, load analysis, planning of steel, planning of prestressed structure, planning of foundation structure, management project, and estimates cost.
