MACHINERY:Jurnal Teknologi Terapan was first published in 2020, with SK ISSN no. 0005.27233359/JI.3.1/SK.ISSN/2020.08 and Number ISSN 2723-3359 (print media). Then starting from 2021 with Volume 2 Number 1, MACHINERY : Jurnal Teknologi Terapan available online with ISSN 2776-673X (online media).

As from Volume 2 No. 1 of 2021, MACHINERY: Jurnal Teknologi Terapan has been included in the category of Journal with SINTA S-5 Accreditation. Based on the Decree of the Directorate General of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, The Republic of Indonesia, Number 230/E/KPT/2022, dated December 30, 2022.
