MACHINERY Jurnal Teknologi Terapan ISSN 2723-3359 (Print) and 2776-673X (Online) is a research base journal published by Mechanical Engineering Department, Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya, Indonesia to disseminate in the form of technical and vocational research results of undergraduate (Sarjana/Sarjana Terapan) students of mechanical engineering in the fields of Machinery, Manufacturing, Metallurgy Sciences and Engineering, Design Engineering, Heavy Machine, Conversion Energy, Maintenance and Repair Engineering to academics, practitioners and students as well as interested parties. The journal is published thrice yearly in February, July, and October. This journal started being published in 2020. The scope and focus are related to the research in Machinery, Manufacturing, Metallurgy Sciences and Engineering, Design Engineering, Heavy Machine, Conversion Energy, Maintenance, and Repair. The journal also publishes an article related to Engineering to academics, practitioners, and students as well as interested parties.

Therefore, MACHINERY Jurnal Teknologi Terapan only publishes original research of Machinery, Manufacturing, Metallurgy Sciences and Engineering, Design Engineering, Heavy Machine, Conversion Energy, Maintenance and Repair Engineering. The journal aims to publish a scientific article from researchers from Indonesia and other countries.

MACHINERY Jurnal Teknologi Terapan has been ACCREDITED at rank 5th (Sinta 5) by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of Indonesia according to the Decree (SK) 230/E/KPT/2022.
