Aplikasi Pengawasan Proyek Berbasis Website Menggunakan Metode Agile Software Development

Abstract

Smart Integrated Systems is a company located in Palembang, South Sumatra, faces a major challenge in project management, namely frequent delays caused by the project progress reporting process, which is still conducted manually through social media. The goal of this study is to create an online Information System to facilitate real-time project progress monitoring and reporting, which is expected to reduce project delays and improve project management efficiency. The system is designed using the Agile methodology, providing flexibility to respond to changing customer needs and allowing adjustments throughout the development process. The results of implementing this system show that project delays can be reduced, the reporting process becomes faster and more structured, and project management efficiency improves significantly. Thus, this system contributes to the company's goal of enhancing service quality and customer satisfaction.
