MODEL INVENTARISASI ASET UNTUK PENDIDIKAN ANAK USIA DINI (PAUD)

Penelitian dengan judul “Model Inventarisasi Aset Untuk Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD)” bertujuan untuk memberikan model inventarisasi aset yang tepat kepada PAUD agar PAUD dapat mengelola dan memelihara asetnya lebih baik guna menunjang terciptanya pendidikan yang lebih baik sehingga dapat memajukan kesejahteraan masyarakat Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan analisis pengolahan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah model inventarisasi yang sesuai untuk PAUD, yaitu pencatatan data aset secara lengkap ke dalam Kartu Inventarisasi Barang, Kartu Inventarisasi Ruang, Daftar Mutasi Barang. Setelah pencatatan inventaris, maka aset dilaporkan secara periodik agar data aset PAUD selalu mutakhir.

ANALISIS KINERJA KEUANGAN (STUDI KASUS KOPERASI SIMPAN PINJAM “RIAS” P1 MARDIHARJO) KABUPATEN MUSI RAWAS

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kesehatan keuangan koperasi berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Negara Koperasi dan UKM Republik Indonesia Nomor 06/Per/M.UKM/V/2006 tentang pedoman penilaian koperasi berprestasi/koperasi award pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam “RIAS” P1 Mardiharjo Kabupaten Musi Rawas. Tipe penelitian yang dilakukan dengan Deskriptif kuantitatif. Adapun sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dengan metode time series yang berasal dari laporan keuangan berupa neraca dan laba rugi antara tahun 2010 sampai 2014. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif yaitu menganalisis laporan keuangan dengan pendekatan rasio keuangan berupa likuiditas, solvabilitas, aktivitas dan profitabilitas, kemudian disesuaikan dengan kriteria penilaian kesehatan keuangan koperasi berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Negara Koperasi dan UKM Republik Indonesia Nomor 06/Per/M.UKM/V/2006 tentang pedoman penilaian koperasi berprestasi/koperasi award. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Negara Koperasi dan UKM Republik Indonesia Nomor 06/Per/M.UKM/V/2006 tentang pedoman penilaian koperasi berprestasi/koperasi award, untuk kesehatan keuangan koperasi menggunakan rasio likuiditas pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam “RIAS” P1 Mardiharjo Kabupaten Musi Rawas selama lima tahun dari tahun 2010-2014 dilihat dari current ratio termasuk kategori sehat. Dengan demikian secara likuiditas Koperasi Simpan Pinjam “RIAS” P1 Mardiharjo Kabupaten Musi Rawas termasuk kategori koperasi berprestasi. Sedangkan berdasarkan rasio solvabilitas dilihat dari debt to total asset ratio pada tahun 2010 sampai tahun 2014 termasuk kategori tidak sehat. Sedangkan dilihat dari debt to equity ratio pada tahun 2010 sampai tahun 2014 termasuk kategori sangat tidak sehat. Dengan demikian secara solvabilitas kesehatan keuangan Koperasi Simpan Pinjam “RIAS” P1 Mardiharjo Kabupaten Musi Rawas termasuk kategori koperasi tidak berprestasi. Sedangkan berdasarkan rasio aktivitas menggunakan receivable turn over pada tahun 2010 sampai tahun 2014 termasuk kategori sehat, sehingga kesehatan keuangan secara aktivitas Koperasi Simpan Pinjam “RIAS” P1 Mardiharjo Kabupaten Musi Rawas termasuk kategori koperasi berprestasi. Untuk rasio profitabilitas dengan return on investment dan return on equity pada tahun 2010 sampai 2014 termasuk kategori kurang sehat, namun demikian untuk net profit margin dari tahun 2010 sampai 2014 termasuk kategori sehat. Dengan demikian kesehatan keuangan secara profitabilitas Koperasi Simpan Pinjam “RIAS” P1 Mardiharjo Kabupaten Musi Rawas termasuk kategori koperasi tidak berprestasi.

This study reviews a student's interest in choosing a major in accounting at STIE MURA Lubuklinggau, the results showed there are significant image of the college, the campus ministry parental education level and profession of parents simultaneously affect the interests of students. Partially There is a positive and significant impact on the image of a college student's interest in selecting accounting majors. The better the image of the university will increase a person's interest to choose a program of study at the university. Partially There is a positive and significant impact on student interest in campus ministry in selecting accounting majors. Improving service quality campus faculty and staff, especially the reliability, responsiveness, treatment of students, an understanding of the interests of students, and the educational facilities provided to students will increase a person's interest to choose a program of study at the university. Partially There is a positive and significant effect of parental education on student interest in choosing a major in accounting. Although students have parents with low education, this does not affect that student interest is also low. And partially are positive and significant influence of the profession of parents of student interest in choosing a major in accounting. Students who have a parent who is a civil servant and non-civil servants to support the student's interest in selecting accounting majors.

This research was motivated by the question of the extent to which implementation of the Code of Conduct in Environmental State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya. As for the new study focused on the implementation of the Code Lecturer in the Field of Teaching and Implementation of the Code Lecturer Against Students in all majors at the Polytechnic of Sriwijaya. Respondents in the study drawn as many as 369 samples from the 4823 student population and sampling using nonprobability Sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the overall implementation of the Code of Ethics Lecturer In teaching reached 77.348 or better value, while the implementation of the Code of Conduct Against Lecturer of students reaching 77.656 or better value.

State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya Palembang is a vocational education Institution which in the lecture activities more practical rather than theoretical, as well as within the Department of Business Administration. Department of Business Administration is a subject that study a lot in the areas of secretarial and office including the practice of typing. During this time students at the Business Administration Department trained 10 finger blind typing skills by using a manual typewriter and electronic typewriter. In accordance with current technological developments every company is already using technology such as computers. Therefore, students should be able to follow the development of the technology that is the way to learn to type fast 10-finger blind which should still pay attention to precision and accuracy. There are several kinds of programs that can be used for learning in typing speed, one of which is a master typing program. Typing master's program is often used in polytechnic typing speed competition in Indonesia, unfortunately; only few business administration departments used this master typing program recently. Therefore, with this program it can be known the strengths and weaknesses of this typing master program.

PERAN PEMBIAYAAN MIKRO TERHADAP LABA USAHA BAGI PEDAGANG DI PASAR BUKIT KECIL KOTA PALEMBANG

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peran pembiayaan mikro terhadap laba bagi pedagang di Pasar Bukit Kecil Kota Palembang. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Teknis analisis menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Disimpulkan bahwa para pedagang di Pasar Bukit Kecil Kota Palembang, banyak yang tidak meminjam untuk tambahan modal usahanya yaitu hanya sebanyak 24,2%, adapun alasan tidak melakukan pinjaman yaitu belum mampu menyicil hutang dan sumber dana modal untuk usaha sudah cukup berasal dari modal sendiri. Peran pembiayaan mikro dan KUR bagi pedagang di Pasar Bukit Kecil Kota Palembang memberikan pengaruh kepada pertumbuhan laba yaitu sebesar 0,007 aset setelah pembiayaan. Artinya dengan Rp 0,007 dari aset setelah pembiayaan sudah memberikan Rp 1,- laba kepada usaha. Sayangnya aktivitas pembiayaan masih sangat sedikit pada pedagang di Pasar Bukit Kecil ini.Para pedagang hanya mengetahui informasi pinjaman modal usaha dari perbankan saja. Sehingga pemberian alternatif institusi keuangan non bank juga perlu disampaikan kepada para pedagang. Bila pembiayaan dari perbankan masih rumit dalam hal prosedur ada alternatif pembiayaan lain selain perbankan yaitu lembaga non perbankan seperti koperasi, modal ventura bahkan dari lembaga keuangan mikro (LKM) kelebihannya adalah prosedur lebih mudah tetapi limit pinjaman lebih kecil. Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh brand image dan word of mouth communication terhadap keputusan pembelian kompor gas Rinnai pada konsumen Kelurahan Cereme Taba Kota Lubuklinggau. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari kuesioner dan observasi serta dokumentasi langsung dengan pihak terkait. Dimana Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik Non-Probability Sampling, dengan metode Purposive Sampling. Analisis ini menggunakan dasar perhitungan regresi linier berganda, dengan menggunakan program SPSS.17.0 for Windows. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diperoeh persamaan Y= 17,072 + 0,301 X₁ + 0,426 X₂, nilai konstanta (a) sebesar 17,072 ini berarti bahwa apabila variabel brand image dan word of mouth communication tidak ada atau nilainya nol,maka nilai dari keputusan pembelian 17,072, sedangkan nilai koefesien regresi (b₁) variabel brand image, sebesar 0,301, hal ini menunjukkan apabila nilai brand image meningkat sebesar satu satuan, maka nilai keputusan pembelian akan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,301. Sedangkan nilai koefesien regresi (b₂) variabel word of mouth communication sebesar 0,426, hal ini menunjukkan apabila nilai word of mouth communication meningkat sebesar satu satuan, maka nilai keputusan pembelian akan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,426. Dari hasil perhitungan koefesien determinasi dapat diketahui bahwa nilai R² sebesar 0,529. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa varian keputusan pembelian dapat dijelaskan oleh varian brand image dan word of mouth communication sebesar sebesar 0,529 atau sebesar 52,9% dan setelah disesuaikan nilai sisanya 0,471 atau sebesar 47,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukan dalam penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh nilai f_hitung= 36.571 ³ f_tabel= 3,13diperoleh dengan menggunakan tingkat keyakinan 95%, α = 5%, dan df 2 (n-1) = 68-1 =67 (n adalah jumlah data), seghingga didapat nilai f_tabelsebesar 3,13 sehingga H_oditolak dan H_aditerima yang berarti terdapat pengaruh secara simultan (bersama-sama) antara Brand Image (X₁) dan Word of Mouth Communication (X₂) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) kompor gas Rinnai pada konsumen Kelurahan Cereme Taba Kota lubuklinggau.

The purpose of this report is to determine the role of Leader and assembling of labor discipline on PT JasaraharjaPutera Palembang. The object of the analysis of this report are employees of PT Jasaraharja Putera Palembang on the production and insurance claims department. The writer used questionnaires, interviews, and research literature in collecting data. The techniques of analyzed data used quantitative and qualitative techniques. The result showed that the percentage of variable leader have an average score of 55.55% included in the adequate category. Discipline apply has an average percentage score of 55.76%, which is adequate. Dominant dimension of leader is on motivation, making decision and implementation of the dominant discipline dimension that remuneration and human relations. The suggestion is leader of PT Jasaraharja Putera should be able to increase the variable that is considered weak and adequate by employees of PT Jasaraharja Son. Leadership should approach the employee by provides clear information and good communication to employees, pays more attention to employees to achieve organizational goals, cares about the employee's duties as responsibility as the leader, rebukes and punishes employees who make mistakes

The research is conducted to evaluate some illustration criteria about the eligibility of a business in UMKM Berkat as a partner of UPT Textile for confection division in Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan of South Sumatera based on financial aspect. Research methodology is used both of quantitative and qualitative research. This analysis is required at least seen by Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C). Factors considered are the estimated investment, working capital, operating costs, maintenance and revenue forecasts The data were analyzed by reviewing the theory developed by R.A Supriyono (2010), Yacob Ibrahim (2009). There are five criterias in evaluating the eligibility of a business. The calculation by using those method which is Payback Period (PP), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Profitability Indeks (PI) dan Break Even Point (BEP). According to the result of businesseligibility analysis find that; Payback Period can returned the capital about three years and six months (3,24 years), Net Present Value obtained in a positive (+) value which is Rp.273.597.150, Internal Rate of Return is on 37% and 38%, Profitability Indeks is 2,28 and Break Even Point is Rp. 106.550 and 21 units. By the value of the results can be concluded that UMKM Berkat as as a partner of UPT Textile for confection division in Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan of South Sumatera is eligible established.
