PELATIHAN KOMUNIKASI TERAPEUTIK EFEKTIF BAGI TENAGA KESEHATAN RS BUNDA MEDIKA JAKABARING SUMATERA SELATAN
Abstract
Health workers as pioneers or forefront must master communication skills to build a relationship. The process of communication, relations and interactions between health workers and patients must be carried out properly through effective communication. Health workers who master effective therapeutic communication will encourage the accelerated healing of patients from their illnesses. Patients who put their trust in the hospital will feel safe, comfortable, have the spirit of a long life expectancy, are confident, grateful and entertained by the chance of a new and higher quality life. The role of effective therapeutic communication by health workers is considered strategic in order to achieve customer satisfaction and to build a good hospital image and reputation.References
