Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has a lot of diversity, especially in terms of geographical location. This causes Indonesia to have thousands of islands stretching from Sabang to Merauke. Therefore, training and counseling must be given especially to areas which in the evaluation are disadvantaged areas. Seluma Regency in Bengkulu Province is one of the underdeveloped districts therefore, IPTEKS training is very much needed, in this case training on SAP 2000 software programs will be conducted in this case. Seluma Regency. The use of SAP 2000 Software is used to help design and calculate building construction. The house is one type of building construction that is very familiar in the community. Construction of houses in accordance with the regulations is the main target in a development, therefore the process of building in accordance with standards or regulations is very important to be known by the community. In this case, the Department of Housing and Settlement Area of Seluma Regency is an agency or government agency that handles housing and settlement training programs in the SAP 2000 program considered to be very important, because of the agency's or agency's needs in running the wheels of government. The diversity of educational backgrounds of employees or employees in these institutions is one of the reasons this training was conducted. Therefore, the Department of Housing and Settlements of Seluma District was targeted in the SAP 2000 training program. The training method used in the form of presentations and workshops on the introduction of home design in accordance with the regulations and the introduction and basic training of the SAP 2000 program. The training process is carried out with the help of a computer that has been installed SAP 2000 program. The computer to be used is the personal computer of the participant. With the training conducted, it is hoped that participants will be able to apply the house design according to regulations and be able to use the SAP 2000 program for future home design.
