PENGELOLAAN USAHA PADA USAHA MIKRO KECIL MENENGAH DI KAWASAN INDUSTRI TUAN KENTANG

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) as a business that unites, directs and develops creative power, innovation, and business power of people. In running a business MSMEs do not escape from various obstacles such as low productivity due to the quality of human resources, limited production equipment, lack of venture capital, and financial management. Micro business activities often fail or go bankrupt because there is no ability to manage finances properly. This condition happens because the finances of the micro-managed businesses are not separated from family finances. MSMEs which are located in the industrial area Tuan Kentang need to get knowledge input in developing their business. One of MSMEs in question, namely "Yan Tenun" which is engaged in TenunTajungtypical Palembang. YanTenun's business located at Jl. Aiptu A. Wahab No 42 RT31/RW 01. With the existence of training activities in the field of management and finance in managing the business, it is expected to help the "Yan Tenun" business in improving the quality and quantity of production and financial management. The service program activities start from owner's understanding of managing the business to the administration of its financial . The approach is carried out by directing, discussing and making reports on the cost of  Tenun Tajung production.
