PELATIHAN PELAKSANAAN PEKERJAAN PERKERASAN JALAN BAGI MASYARAKAT KONSTRUKSI

Abstract

Community service activities aimed to conduct training in the implementation of road pavement.  The training method used was in the form of briefing from the preparation, implementation, and field inspection stage of the work.  In the final session, the material briefing was an evaluation from a team of competent speakers and assessors.  The partners of this activity are LKPP Sriwijaya Universal, who has been activated and is concentrated on training in Civil Engineering with the aim of preparing prospective workforces ready to work.  This training is in line with the existence of partners, as well as the objectives to be achieved by the drafting team.  The object of activity is the construction society from the Palembang city and the province of South Sumatera.  Through this training participant are able to apply the phasing of work to the implementation of road pavement, starting from the preparation of the implementation to the pavement quality inspection.  Finally, from this training, it was found that the training participants became competent after the briefing through competency tests from the speaker and assessor
