Disiplin Kerja, Kompetensi, dan Kinerja Karyawan PT. PNM Unit Sukarami Palembang

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan kompetensi terhadap
kinerja karyawan PT. PNM Unit Sukarami Palembang, mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap
kinerja karyawan PT. PNM Unit Sukarami, dan mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja
karyawan PT. PNM Unit Sukarami. PT. PNM unit Sukarami memiliki 60 orang karyawan, dan yang
menjadi sampel sebanyak 38 orang karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penentuan sampel
yaitu teknik stratified random sampling. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner. Analisis data
menggunakan regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis menggunakan uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian
ditemukan disiplin kerja dan kompetensi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan
PT. PNM Unit Sukarami. Secara parsial disiplin kerja mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja
karyawan PT. PNM Unit Sukarami, kompetensi juga mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja
karyawan PT. PNM Unit Sukarami.
