Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Budaya Organisasi, dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan KPA Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang
The Influence of Work Discipline, Organizational Culture and Work Motivation on the Performance of Administrative Headquarters Employees at Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Pusat Administrasi Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang. Desain penelitian asosiatif kausal berupaya memastikan bagaimana beberapa variabel terhubung. Disiplin kerja (X1), budaya organisasi (X2), dan motivasi kerja (X3) merupakan tiga variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, sedangkan kinerja karyawan (Y) merupakan variabel dependen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Kantor Pusat Administrasi Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang yang berjumlah 117 orang. Teknik perhitungan Rumus Slovin digunakan untuk memilih sampel penelitian ini, sehingga menghasilkan seleksi akhir sebanyak 95 orang. Regresi linier berganda digunakan dalam analisis data penelitian ini. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, budaya perusahaan mempunyai dampak besar terhadap seberapa baik kinerja karyawan. Namun, kinerja pegawai tidak banyak dipengaruhi oleh motivasi dan disiplin kerja. Selain itu, pada Kantor Pusat Administrasi Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang (KPA UM Palembang), motivasi kerja, budaya organisasi, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh besar terhadap kinerja pegawai secara simultan.
