Abstract

This riset to analyze the actual bandwidth consumption in a certain higher academic institution to improve their customer services using Information  Technology. The analysis was conducted by measuring the actual hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, and annual consumption of the bandwidth for single user location while the learning process activities of the campus is running. Research result shows us the general figure of bandwidth consumption traffic both out-bond and in-bound for respective location. This figure expected to be used as reference of the today and future bandwidth supply for the specific institution as mentioned above.
