Abstract

This research was done on staff of The State of Sriwijaya Polytechnic with sample taking method is proportional random sampling so obtain 224 respondents. The used data analysis is descriptive statistical and path analysis. While to know significance level of variables in this research using F and t test with a = 0.05. Results showed that organizational culture, staff commitment, work satisfaction, and work achievement showed good level. Beside that with path analysis method can be concluded that hypothesis 1 is accepted and showed the presence of significant influence among organizational culture to staff commitment. Hyphotesis 2 is also accepted, there is significant influence between organizational cultures and staff commitment to work satisfaction. Simultaneously, hyphotesis 3 is accepted as well there is significant influence among organizational cultures variables, commitment and work satisfaction to work achievement in the 0.99 confidence level.
